By accessing or using ZASHX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the ZASHX platform, including without limitation users who are senders, recipients, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

ZASHX provides international money transfer and remittance services, allowing users to send money to recipients in various countries. Our services include: • International money transfers to 100+ countries • Multi-currency wallet accounts • Real-time exchange rate information • Mobile and web-based transfer initiation • Transaction tracking and history ZASHX is a registered Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC).

To use ZASHX services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a resident of Canada or an eligible jurisdiction • Have a valid government-issued identification • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Not be on any sanctions lists or prohibited from using financial services • Have a valid bank account or payment method in your name We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

When you create an account with ZASHX, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access • Ensuring your contact information is up to date You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. ZASHX will never ask for your password via email or phone.

As a regulated financial institution, ZASHX is required to verify the identity of all users. You agree to: • Provide valid government-issued identification • Submit proof of address when requested • Provide additional documentation as required for compliance • Allow us to verify your information through third-party services Failure to complete verification may result in limitations on your account or termination of services.

ZASHX charges fees for money transfer services. By using our services, you agree that: • All applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction • Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction confirmation • Rates may fluctuate and are not guaranteed until locked • Additional fees may be charged by recipient banks or payout partners • Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is processed Current fee schedules are available on our website and within the application.

ZASHX imposes transaction limits based on: • Your verification level • Regulatory requirements • Risk assessment • Destination country regulations Daily, weekly, and monthly limits apply. These limits may be adjusted based on your account history and verification status. Contact support to request limit increases.

You agree not to use ZASHX services for: • Money laundering or terrorist financing • Fraud or any illegal activities • Transactions involving sanctioned countries or individuals • Circumventing transaction limits through multiple accounts • Sending money on behalf of third parties without authorization • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

Transaction cancellations and refunds are subject to the following: • Transactions may be cancelled before they are processed • Once funds are disbursed, cancellations may not be possible • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days • Exchange rate differences may apply to refunds • Fees may or may not be refundable depending on the circumstances Contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel a transaction.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ZASHX, you consent to: • Collection of personal and financial information • Sharing of information with regulatory authorities as required • Use of third-party verification services • Storage and processing of data in accordance with applicable laws Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the ZASHX platform are owned by or licensed to ZASHX. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks without written authorization • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Create derivative works based on our services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZASHX shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or business opportunities • Delays caused by banking networks or third parties • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence • Service interruptions or system failures Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be: • First addressed through our internal complaints process • Escalated to mediation if not resolved within 30 days • Subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada • Resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

ZASHX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will: • Notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification • Post updated terms on our website with a new effective date • Give you 30 days notice for significant changes Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

ZASHX may terminate or suspend your account at any time for: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Suspicious or fraudulent activity • Regulatory requirements • Extended periods of inactivity You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending transactions must be completed or cancelled before closure.
